Information on Renting at Rye Apartments
When you apply, you instantly reserve your new home! To secure your reservation, a $50 application fee and $150 admin fee are required.
The $500 deposit is due after lease signing and held for the duration of your lease and is refundable upon move-out.
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community! Residents may have up to two dogs or cats, with no breed or weight restrictions. As part of our application process, we utilize a third-party pet screening company for all residents. This includes pet owners, non-pet owners, and those with certified service or ESA animals.
Pet rent is $50 per month per dog and $35 per month per cat, with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300. We do not charge a pet deposit.

At Rye, we provide a heated, reserved underground parking garage for our residents' convenience. Standard parking stalls are available for $125/month, while electric plug-in options are $175/month. For added flexibility, we offer some month-to-month parking options, starting at $150/month. Parking availability may vary, please contact our team today to find the best parking solution for you!
A huge perk of living at Rye Apartments is that the majority of utilities are set up for you in advance!

Electric:

Gas:
Residents are responsible for covering the cost of their gas bill through CenterPoint. Management will help set this up for you before move in day!
Technology Fee:
Our technology package, including 500 MBPS internet connection from Spectrum as well as SmartRent home features, is a flat fee of $75 per month.
Trash:
- $20 flat rate - 1 Bedrooms
- $25 flat rate - 2 Bedrooms
- $30 flat rate - 3 Bedrooms
Water/Waste:
- $15-25, per person, on average*
